Atonement is another film which has a similar plot to ours because in this film because the lady in the film (Ceilia) lies about the fact that the male character (Robbie) was still alive and she lied in the book so that they could finally be together. The expression of the faces of the characters on the poster are expressions of sadness and the reader doesn't recognise this until they have watched the film and know that it has a sad ending
